Hi. We are planning to rent out our andelsbolig during one year; the reason is that I´ve been relocated out of Demark by my Danish company. We are not sure about which contract template to use, and which could be rental fee according to the applicable rules (lejeloven) . Thank you for your support

You need to use a normal lease contract in this situation.
You can find the form online.
As to how much you can ask in rental i can not give you an answer, but mind you, you have to pay tax for any income you get from this.
